Connor was at Martinsville Speedway for the ValleyStar Credit Union 300, where 90 plus cars were vying for the 40 starting positions, and everyone was chasing the $32,000 to-win purse. Connor was in the #28 Nic Tailor, Interstate Foam and Supply Chevrolet racing for Justin Carol Racing. Connor struggled in qualifying posting the 56^th fastest time and finished 14^th in his heat race missing the cut-off by 4 positions.
